CommuniGate Pro is integrated with many business applications including:

Some examples of our integrations are moving email, chat and voice recordings of Contact Center traffic into a CRM or Ticketing system. Another popular integration is to pop up customer records from Ticketing or CRM systems to the Call Center agent as they receive calls by caller ID or customer ID information entered in the IVR.
