McAfee Virus Scanner
The McAfee Plugin License limits the number of messages (infected and uninfected) the Plugin can scan within any 60 minute period of time. If the email traffic exceeds the limit, the Plugin suspends the CommuniGate Pro Queue processing, enforcing the License limits.
Note:1) The McAfee Plugin requires CommuniGate Pro version 5.2.3 or newer.
2) In a multi-server configuration, one plug-in is required per frontend server.
3) The McAfee Plugin is licensed for a 12 month period. If you choose to provide uninterrupted virus protection for your users, you should re-purchase the Plugin License once a year.
4) The McAfee Plugin is NOT available for all platforms that CommuniGate Pro supports. Before you order a McAfee Plugin License, make sure that the Plugin software runs on your CommuniGate Pro Server platform.
